My black paint is coming off the hood of my 2001 Firebird?
I have a 2001 Pontiac Firebird.
The hood has developed patches of gray that looks like the paint has faded.
Someone told me it's because I've never waxed the car, I just wash it.
Is there anyway to fix this besides a full paint job?

1. thats clear coat failuer, nothing you can do, except repaint
2. yes, thats caused from not waxing it..
