What do you think about a outdoor baby shower?

There are going to be too many people to have the baby shower at anyone's house. My mom is doing one big one between family, friends and work. We have been searching for a room to rent but they are all so expensive. I'd rather her buy me a stroller and car seat for $250 than pay that to rent a stupid room. lol It will be in late March and I live in Florida so the temp will be maybe mid to upper 70's so would an outdoor place be a bad idea? We have a nice park on the lake that rents their pavillions from $25-$50 for the day. That would save 100's. What do you think?

since there are pavillions then I would say it should be ok. That way if its raining a little it wont ruin it. You can also have a little BBQ too if you wanted since its outside. Temp sounds reasonable too. I would go ahead and do it.
