Fat Burning but keeping muscle?
I weigh 200, but I'm only 5'11 "and I want to go to a 170 healthy. I am also MMA classes will begin the first of the year, so I will be in the form. I I have a good framework muscle, but want to shed some buldge. Can anyone offer me any websites or diet they know for sure I can reduce the weight I need to? Thank you and have a merry Christmas!
