Horses grazing in the sun?
Is it bad if they are a source of shade? My horse is in the pasture right now, without shelter or shade trees. I was told not to offend the owner object, so I'm just curious if it's good or not. In summer you can estimated to be about 115 degrees.
Yes they need shade. 115 degrees is hot and even hot when you do not shade or moisture air is high. offend the owner barn???? There are horses that remained at all? See if they can switch and turn on horses at night when it was that hot. Or simply movement of the horse to a barn that is better. You are paying this person to care for his horse, if you want to speak better care (not search) barn owner about it. If they want to improve it horse and then move to somewhere better. If enough boarders move because of problem in the barn owner will be forced fix it.
