How do you convert a DVD into regular full screen size on Prism Converter?

Every time I convert a DVD, it converts with the screen way too narrow. Why isn't it converting full size? And please, don't suggest another type of converter. I want to know how to do this on PRISM converter. And I'm talking about the free download version.
WHY IS PEOPLE SUGGESTING DIFFERENT CONVERTERS WHEN I SPECIFICALLY SAID NOT TO? I only wanted to know how to get the videos the normal size on PRISM?
